父母必須認識到，長期，不斷變化的職業選擇過程始於兒童還年輕時。(這句話我不太會翻譯，個人感覺英文全文有少，有點跳TONE。或許是指在孩子年輕時，換工作是沒關係的??) 請高手指導，謝謝!

教育家關心有某些父母不知道他們的持久性(這裡指的應該是工作持久性)，將會積極或消極影響小孩的重要性。

這裡的which用來補充說明的子句，裡頭跟主句重複提到的單字改為關係代名詞，然後跟主句結合。補充說明的句子屬於受格。這個時候，關係代名詞( whom, who, which )可以省略。
