先熟悉兩個片語型式:

as many +可數N + as XXX :
如同XXX一樣多的[可數N: apples, books, students...]

as much +不可數N + as XXX :
如同XXX一樣多的[不可數N: information, food, water, money...]

以上是兩者相同的量.
如果是倍數的量, 就在前面加twice(兩倍)、half(一半)、ten times(十倍)等, 例如:

twice as many apples as XXX : 如同XXX兩倍量的蘋果

half as much food as XXX : 如同XXX一半量的食物

ten times as much water as XXX : 如同XXX十倍量的水

版主的兩題都是不可數名詞的例子, 都要用"as much +不可數N + as "型:
