It is used to treat major depressive disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, and social phobia.(重度抑鬱症、強迫症、恐慌症和社交恐懼症)

The antidepressant effects may take one to four weeks to occur.

 It is taken by mouth.
