→雖然文章有提到歐洲跟日本的油價，但我覺得作者只是想說明因為車子越大耗油越多，而歐洲跟日本因為油價高，所以傾向製作小車才能省油，也就是說作者只是想告所我們跟美國的大車比，歐洲跟日本的車子較小較不耗油。這麼說好了，不管油價是高是低，大車就是比小車耗油，想省油錢最好是買小車，而作者只是剛好拿歐洲跟日本的小車來舉例而已，不要被日本迷惑了，所以(D)是對。

其實這題出的不好，A選項講的也沒錯啊，1974年從國外買的油比1973年便宜
D怪怪的，依我之拙見
原因是為了省汽油錢，人民不一定買日本小型車勝過於美國大型車
1.因為小型車雖然用的油少，但是稅很高
2.他沒說哪國人民，如果是美國人會買美國車子因為油便宜，日本人會買日本車，因為油用的比較少
