一、在海事查勘鑑定時，保險公證人應判斷損失的程度，以作為保險理賠依據之一。請問何謂推定全損（Constructive Total Loss）？並請就海上保險委付與物上代位兩者，說明實務上在何種情況下適用之。（20 分）

二、船舶發生保險事故時，如果不需要立即進船廠修理，請詳述依照英國 1983 年協會船體險時間條款（Institute Time Clauses-Hulls,1/10/83）之規定，當船舶發生未修理損害時，保險人應該如何理賠？（20 分）

三、請依照我國海商法以及 1906 年英國海上保險法，詳述何謂船舶適航性（Seaworthiness）？（20 分）
