(一) Trong bản báo cáo điều tra mới nhất của Cơ quan Giám sát Đài Loan tiết lộ rằng, chính quyền Đài Loan đã quyết định nới lỏng các tiêu chuẩn phê duyệt đối với chương trình “Định cư Đài Loan theo diện tay nghề” dành cho những người đến từ Hồng Kông kể từ giữa năm ngoái. Tiêu chuẩn mới này không còn yêu cầu người xin định cư cần phải có bằng cấp về trình độ chuyên môn cao hoặc làm các các công việc có tay nghề cao, thì mới được chấp thuận cho định cư như trước đây nữa. Ngoài ra nếu họ có tài sản, tiền tiết kiệm hoặc thậm chí đã từng làm tình nguyện viên, thì cũng được xem xét chấp thuận cho định cư.
