的確是從藍本挖出來考的一題，
但是出題老師生物程度...，再怎麼出選項也不能出到MHC I
ㅤㅤ
因為MHC I 幾乎所有細胞都會表現，
只有抗原呈現細胞會表現MHCI和MHC II，因為MHC II要與T CELL 上的CD4作用。
所以這題根據生物教科書還有實診藍本，應該要送分...
因為所有答案都是正確的選項...
