L-dopa+COMT inhibitor

L-dopa+decarboxylase inhibotor


L-dopa去COOH後會變成dopamine

但如果在BBB外就去掉COOH反而進不去BBB，所以要抑制decarboxylase

而COMT是代謝掉L-dopa的酵素，也要抑制它


decarboxylase inhibotor：Benserazide、Carbidopa

COMT inhibitor：entacapone
