139 Upon hearing the siren of a fire engine, ambulance, security vehicle, rescue vehicle or toxic chemical disaster response vehicle, no matter where it is coming from, a driver is: (A) not required to yield; (B) not required to yield as long as he/she stays in the same lane; (C) required to yield immediately and not to follow behind it.
