耳顳神經（auriculotemporal nerve）：內、外、後側（沒有前側）
深顳神經（deep temporal nerve）：內側
咬肌神經（masseteric nerve）：前側

TMJ 動脈

外頸動脈 → 終末支 → 淺顳動脈（superficial temporal artery）：後側 → 橫面動脈（transverse facial artery）：外側
外頸動脈 → 終末支 → 上顎動脈（maxillary artery） → 2nd翼顎支 → 後深顳動脈（posterior deep temporal artery）：前側、咬肌動脈（masseteric artery）：下側
外頸動脈 → 終末支 → 上顎動脈（maxillary artery）→ 1st下顎支 → 耳深動脈（Deep auricular artery）、鼓前動脈（Anterior tympanic artery）：內側、中腦膜動脈（middle meningeal artery）：內側
外頸動脈 → 內側支 → 升咽動脈（ascending pharyngeal artery）

TMJ 靜脈

靜脈血管分佈情形（venous pattern）較為擴散（diffuse）

淺顳動脈（superficial temporal vein） → 上顎動脈（maxillary vein） → 下頜後靜脈（retromandibular vein） → 面總靜脈（common facial vein） → 內頸靜脈（internal jugular vein）
