Antazoline is a 1st generation antihistamine that also anticholinergic properties used to relieve nasal congestion and in eye drops, usually in combination with naphazoline, to relieve the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis. (ref：drugbank)
Naphazoline stimulates alpha-adrenergic receptors in the arterioles of the conjunctiva. (ref：uptodate)
Antazoline inhibits histamine induced effects on conjunctival epithelial cells. (ref：uptodate)

Tetryzoline (also known as Tetrahydrozoline), a derivative of imidazoline, is found in over-the-counter eye drops and nasal sprays.
