190 Automobile owners who knowingly fail to prohibit another person from drunk driving will be fined and subject to: (A) cancellation of their vehicle registration and confiscation of their license plates (B) suspension of their driver's license (C) suspension of their vehicle registration and temporary confiscation of their license plates.
