218 If vehicle owners install equipment which increase the amount of noise their vehicle makes, they will be fined and:
(A) their vehicle will be confiscated
(B) the equipment will be confiscated
(C) their vehicle registration will be cancelled and license plates confiscated.

214 Self-assembled vehicles operating without permitted registration and license plates, or vehicles reported to be retired/scrapped but still in operation: (A) will be confiscated and the owner fined (B) will be confiscated and auctioned off (C) can be picked up by the owner after the fine is paid.

215 Those who drive a large truck, bus, or trailer truck without a driver's license will be cited, fined and: (A) their vehicle registration will be cancelled and license plates confiscated (B) immediately prohibited from driving (C) their vehicle will be confiscated.

216 If a driver (rider)'s alcohol concentration level is found to exceed the standard limit, the driver (rider) will be fined, the automobile or motorcycle will be immediately impounded, and the driver's license will be suspended for: (A) 3 months; (B) 6 months; (C) 1 to 2 year(s).

217 If either the driver, the front-seat passengers, or the rear seat passengers of a small vehicle do not wear safety belts while operating a motor vehicle traveling on the freeway or expressway, the driver will be fined: (A) NT$1,000～2,000; (B) NT$1,500～3,000; (C) NT$3,000 to 6,000.

219 Drivers who recklessly change lanes will: (A) be fined (B) be required to attend traffic safety class (C) be fined, their vehicle registration suspended for 3 months, license plates temporarily confiscated, and required to attend traffic safety class.

220 If a driver ticketed for parking illegally fails to move their vehicle, they will be ticketed again every: (A) hour (B) 2 hours (C) half an hour.

221 If a vehicle is traveling over the speed limit, the driver will be ticketed in accordance with which of the following regulations: (A) fined for every four minutes they speed, or for every intersection they speed through (B) fined for every five minutes they speed, or for every intersection they speed through (C) fined for every 6 km they speed, or for every six minutes they speed, or for every intersection they speed through. Penalties for speeding in a tunnel will not apply to the above.

222 Those who double-park their vehicle in the street will be fined: (A) 600 to 1,200 NTD, (B) 900 to 1,800 NTD, (C) 1,200 to 2,400 NTD.

223 Drivers who fail to attend a required traffic safety class without an acceptable reason will be fined NTD 1,800. If they are notified once again to attend the class and still fail to attend for more than 6 months, they are subject to: (A) suspension of their vehicle registration (B) cancellation of their driver's license (C) suspension of their driver's license.

224 If a driver's blood alcohol level is found to exceed the legal limit, their vehicle will be impounded on the spot and they: (A) will not have to pay a fine if they agree to have their license suspended (B) are not eligible for any exemption from paying a fine (C) There is no applicable regulation.
