sacrum：Angle CR 15° cephalad(向頭打15度)、Direct CR 2 inches (5 cm) superior to pubic symphysis (中心射束對在恥骨聯合上5公分)
coccyx：Angle CR 10° caudad(向腳打10度)、Direct CR 2 inches (5 cm) superior to symphysis pubis (中心射束對在恥骨聯合上5公分)

sacrum+coccyx看起來像C型，照sacrum要向頭打、照coccyx要向腳打。sacrum彎的角度比較大，角度要打到15度、coccyx彎的角度較小，角度只要打10度

1.caudad向腳。記法：看後三個英文字母caudad，dad爸爸 -->小新總是抱怨：爸爸的腳臭
2.cephalad向頭。記法：看後三個英文字母cephalad，加y變成lady，lady女 --> 女王頭
