331 If the alcohol level exceeds the maximum tolerate standard, other than the motorcycle being confiscated at scene and detained by the authorities, the rider’s driving license will be suspended for 1-2 years, the vehicle license plate will be suspended for 2 years, and a fine of (A)NT$15,000-90,000 (2)NT$10,000-30,000 (C) NT$6,000-12,000 will be imposed.
