341 If a motorcycle rider is carrying passengers or cargo in violation of the regulations, the rider shall be fined.

337 Anyone using counterfeit, altered or another person's driving license to operate a motorcycle shall be fined between NT $6,000 to NT $12,000. The right to operate a vehicle shall be revoked immediately. The license should be destroyed by the bearer.(A)O(B)X

338 For anyone operating a container truck, large passenger vehicle, or large truck with the motorcycle driving license , both the owner and the driver shall be fined between NT $40,000 to NT $80,000. The right to operate a vehicle shall be revoked immediately.(A)O(B)X

339 Holders of a regular heavy motorcycle driver's license who drive a big-sized heavy motorcycle shall be fined NT$6,000 and be immediately prohibited from driving on the spot.(A)O(B)X

340 For anyone riding a heavy-duty motorcycle with a driving license for light-duty motorcycle, the right to operate the vehicle shall be revoked immediately. However, the driver will not be fined.(A)O(B)X

342 A motorcycle rider causing death under the influence of drugs, hallucinogens, narcotics, and similar official controlled drugs or alcohol shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of no less than 3 years but no more than 10 years, and may also be fined no more than NT$2 million. Should said offense result in serious injury, the person will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of no less than one year but no more than seven years, and a fine of no more than NT$1 million may be imposed in addition.(A)O(B)X

343 A motorcycle rider who receives the ticket for traffic violation and would like to file an appeal may do so with the local authority which issued the ticket within 30 days.(A)O(B)X

344 When a rider is caught riding a motorcycle that is registered as the scrapped, the vehicle shall be impounded and the owner will be notified to retrieve the motorcycle within a time limit.(A)O(B)X

345 If a person continues to ride a motorcycle while the driving license is suspended, the person's license shall be revoked.(A)O(B)X

346 Using a counterfeit, altered, or a driver's license obtained through falsified means while riding a motorcycle shall incur a fine ranging from NT$6,000 to NT$24,000 and immediate prohibition from operating a motorcycle.(A)O(B)X

347 When a person rides a motorcycle under the influence of alcohol and exceeds the legal limit and does not cause any traffic accident, the rider will be fined but the driving license will not be suspended.(A)O(B)X
