「help＋直接賓語＋（to＋）原形動詞」。直接賓語（direct object）通常是直接受動詞影響的人或東西。

即使沒有直接賓語，即沒有指明help誰人，光是說「help＋（to＋）原形動詞」也是可以的，to在這個情況下亦是可有可無。例如： 

help後用單一個原形動詞：
