使役動詞, have, let, make.  是"要","使"某人做啥,是很確定的語氣,一定要發生,

一般來說，回答的時候需要使用 “I understand.” 不能單用 “Understand.”

而“Understood.”則是可以獨立使用的，它是”It is understood.”的縮寫。
