Including 是用來帶出包含的事物，在主要句子後面先加上逗號之後，由 including 引導含括的事物，如下面例句，包含的事物在後面，所以逗號後應該使用 including：

（有些人被困在那棟著火的建築物裡，包含兩名男性及五名女性。）
或是：
They’re having a big sale, all electric appliances included.
