64.18歲男性，osteosarcoma手術後接受high dose methotrexate。Methotrexate 20 g（12 g/m 2）in NS 500 mL IV infusion 4 hrs，leucovorin 15 mg IV Q6H beginning at hour 24。Methotrexate血中濃度於第4、48及72小時，分別 為1,300、4.5及1.2 µM；目前腎功能未發生明顯變化。下列敘述何者正確？
