不能用單純的是否為肝代謝來判斷吧，因為選項不只有methylprednisolone是由肝來代謝阿！
我在想會不會是因為肥胖族群血中總膽固醇量就比較高，而血中的膽固醇會排擠類固醇的代謝使其清除率下降？
還是因為脂肪肝容易儲存類固醇，使其不易代謝掉？
