When a driver does not yield when hearing the siren of a fire engine, ambulance, security vehicle, rescue vehicle or toxic chemical disaster response vehicle: (A) the driver's license will be suspended for three months; (B) the driver will be fined and the driver's license will be revoked; (C) the driver will be fined.
