三、有一顆 2.0 GHz Pentium-4 微處理器，執行一個 10,000 個指令的程式，假設它需要 1 個 CPU cycle 做 Instruction decoding，2 個 CPU cycles 做 Instruction Execution，3 個 memory cycles 做 Instruction Fetch，與 4 個 memory cycles 做 Result Store，假設 1 個 memory cycle time 是 CPU cycle time 的 4 倍，請計算下列兩項：（20 分）
