一、當代勞資關係或工業關係（industrial relations, IR）之學術研究（field） 通常區分為二種不同之範型（paradigms）：以就業關係為核心之傳統範 型（an original paradigm centred on the employment relationship） 、以工會 及勞資關係為核心之現代範型（a modern paradigm centred on unions and labor–management relations）。以此，試述：
