The space should not a privileged territory of big countries, instead, it should be an open edge for everyone. Even the smallest country can be beneficial by having the right to get access to spatial technology, for example, improving agriculture and proposing a better explanation for ocean, weather and climate changes. The space is our future and should be shared by all human. Such future is cooperative and not resistive; it is bearing and not rebellious.

The outer space should not be the great nation privilege domain, but should be the border region which opens to all people.Even if is the smallest country, all can because is authorized to contact the outer space technology to profit, for example, the improvement agriculture and proposed regarding the sea, the weather and the climatic change good explained.The outer space will be our future, will be supposed to share by the universe.But this future will be the cooperation the non-resistance, but will be containing the non-elimination.
