二、寫作(Essay Writing)：（作文題，計 20 分） 

The majority of Taiwan’s senior citizens living on their own are uneasy about visiting doctors and find trips to hospitals unsafe and inconvenient according to a recent survey conducted by the Taipei-based Huashan Social Welfare Foundation. In no more than 200 words, discuss what could be done by our government to solve this problem.

These problems could be solved by collaborations between our government and private corporations. They can plan several shuttle buses, which can be used to help senior citizens go to hospitals. Before they begin the plan, there are several preparations. First, the government should do some research to analyze which route is the most used one, so that related sectors can plan a most convenient route for the bus. Second, the plan should be conducted by welfare sector, the seniors can take the bus with the multiple functional cards, thus, this policy won't spend too much cost. Last but not least, the government should pay attention to the seniors' welfare. Since Taiwan has become a society with a lot of seniors, more and more issues should be noticed.
