I am a member of school mazine club . Becoming a second-grade student , my companions and I have to manage everthing on ourselves . My resonbilities is direct our school sisters how to write their special topic articals they in charged of . I think it is a good chance for me , for my dream is being a teacher .I have fatih to do this job will and so do my peers . However , I encountered a big setback when reading on of member's essay . It's really a disaster . Lacking structure and logic , I can't understand what she wants to convey to readers . I rush to her class , ask her if she has time this afternoon . So mad I am that I scolde her in her class .She brusts out tears and confesses to me that she didn't know how to follow the theme . I indicated all her mistakes in the artical , teach her how to write a formal essay step by step with patience and perseverance. In process , I find she is actually a talent writer , all she need is partice and having faith to herself. Nothing is impossible to a willing herat . I feel little angry about her at first , owning to I misunderstood her that she didn't do her best and take her resposibility . I should give her a chance to explain how difficulty she encountered instead of blame her without secound thought first . As a senior and guidence , I have a lot to learn.

I believe everyone have some similar experience of learning or teaching at some point. Today I will share one of my memorable learning experience. This story start when I was fifteen years old. I always dreaming playing a instrument since I was youn. But I never have the chance to do so. Until the music class which I took in high school. I got a chance to learn how to play flute. I spend the entire year tried to learn the basic fingering. But the teacher still teaches me with patience. Now, I can perform many songs with flute. Everytimes I practice flute, I can always thought of my high school music teacher. Because of her, I can be stand on the stage preforming and knowing learning took a huge amount of time and work. Also after the process of learning flute, I realized nothing is impossible to learn. Everything is possible, if we put effert and time into it.

One day,I found a website about languages exchange when I was bored,surfing on the internet.My good journey of languages exchange began.Soon after learning how to use the website,I met a nice Peruvian guy.We shared our experiences of living in our own countries and our interests in learning languages and so on .Before long ,We became good friends and decided to do languages exchange with each other by voice-chatting.Surprisingly,He would teach me Japanese language,in return, I would teach him Chinese . He was such a great teacher that he taught me nicely and systematically step by step.Thank for his help,I have been learning quickly and be able to make short sentences in Japanese .And the best of all,is that I have a new good friend ,whom I can exchange ideas based on such different culture .It's fantastic and encouraging .I think I have been obsessed with it.
