In order to maintain proper facial expressions to the public, policemen are required to constrain their personal feelings. Under emergent circumstances, they not only have to control their own temper, but they also have to regulate the emotional behavior of the crowd, while keeping the order of the crowd, providing services, and dealing with crime scenes, for the sake of being efficient.
