Policies of health organizations for healthcare workers are inconsistent. The findings of this systematic review of randomized controlled clinical trials showed that:In the community, masks appeared to be eftective with and without hand hygiene, and both together are more protective. Randomised controlled trials in health care workers showed that respirators, if worn continually during a shift,were effective but not if worn intermittently. Medical masks were not eflective,and cloth masks even less effective. When used by sick patients randomised controlled trials suggested protection of well contacts. The study suggests that community mask use by well people could be beneficial, particularly for COVID-19, where transmission may be pre-symptomatic. The studies of masks as source control also suggest a benefit, and may be important during the COVID-19 pandemic in universal community face mask use as well as in health care settings. Trials in healthcare workers support the use of respirators continuously during a shift. 一、題目：圖書館與社區公共空間二、題旨：       在工業革命後，人口城市化成為全球的趨勢。據聯合國的報告指出，目前全世界 70 億人口，有半數居住在都市地區。       臺灣地狹人稠，人口密度居高不下。在都市裡，住宅區組構了民眾日常的生活環境，可以視為空間的「基調」；它是都市裡面積最廣，但也是最被忽視的區塊。       臺灣都市住宅區環境品質的低落，有目共睹。老舊住宅區環境的窳陋，尤為嚴重。建築專業者除應重視此議題外，更應積極投入，以改善市民的居住環境。三、基地描述： 1. 基地位於臺灣某城市的老舊住宅區內。原屬私立學校的用地，後經該校與政府以土地交換的方式，於市郊外遷校重建。 2. 基地南、北側分別為街道及巷道。南側為地區性街道，沿街零星座落的商店，包括了機車行、小吃店、彩券行及診所等。基地其他三側為現有的老舊集合住宅區，緊鄰基地東南側現有一幼兒園。 3. 基地面積約為 5,680 平方公尺，包含了公園及建築用地，比例各占 1/4 與 3/4。應考人應規劃擬定其區位，並於基地內劃分二種用地的界限。 4. 上述建築用地之建蔽率為 40%，容積率為 100%。本基地臨街道需退縮 4 公尺人行道，其他各向臨地界線之建築需退縮 3 公尺。 5. 基地常年風向為東風，南側臨街道有車輛噪音。設計時，應重視綠化及儘量保留基地內之喬木。四、建築計畫：（30 分） 1. 社區圖書館 a.資訊檢索及視聽空間 b.兒童及成人圖書閱覽空間 c.多用途集會空間 d.行政服務及卸貨回收空間 2. 出租商店 a.二手書店 b.簡餐咖啡 c.超商3. 地下停車場，需提供汽車車位 20 個及機車車位 40 個。另應設 2 個行動不便車位。 4. 地面公共租用自行車車位 20 個。 5. 建築用地之戶外空間：請列舉五種不同的使用方式，包括幼兒園的戶外活動及週末跳蚤市場的使用等。        以上空間需求量自訂。建築基地可用容積之上限為 100%，但亦不可小於 90%；其中圖書館面積比例不得少於總使用容積之 70%。        根據前述資料，請撰寫建築計畫書，文字不超過 1,500 字。內容應包括設計目標、環境議題、基地分析、空間需求表及營運管理機制。請儘量以簡圖（文字為輔）表達。五、建築設計：（70 分）     「空間留白」在緊湊的都市環境裡，與建築同樣重要。設計提案應著重基地內建築與開放空間的關係，及其與周遭環境的界面處理。設計提案除了應滿足功能需求外，更重要的是以基地為觸媒，注入空間活力，以改善老舊住宅區的環境品質。 重點如下： 1. 詮釋居民日常活動與社區空間的關係。 2. 以被動省能的綠建築概念回應基地的物理環境。 3. 表達建築空間與開放空間的延伸概念。 4. 圖書館的局部書架與閱讀區平面，並標註尺寸。 5. 檢視無障礙環境及兩性平權設施。 6. 基地內的空間領域層級，如由靜態→動態，私密性→公共性等。 建築設計圖面要求如下： 1. 含戶外景觀及周邊環境的配置圖（比例 1/400） 2. 全區剖面圖（比例 1/400） 3. 各層建築平面圖（比例 1/200） 4. 雙向建築剖面圖（比例 1/200） 5. 主要立面圖（比例 1/200） 6. 建築外牆剖面圖（比例自訂） 7. 全區透視圖六、基地圖
