Have you ever heard about a patient accuse the doctor for "medical negligence"? Nevertheless, sometimes the problems were led by patients. In Taiwan, the news of Medical Ethics often appear on TV, but do you know what does it mean? Medical Ethics has four major principles, the principle of respect for autonomy, the principle of nonmaleficence, the principle of beneficence, and the principle of justice. Lots of medical malpractice were caused by the principle of nonmaleficence. The reason is the definition of "nonmaleficence" is ambiguous. Sometimes doctors will give patients different advice, which might according to patients' healthy condition. However, with the internet rapidly
