⑴ During the course of our inspection we conducted silver nitrate tests in an effort to determine the presence of chloride. In all instances the tests were negative indicating the wetting is probably rain water through the hole in the container.

(二)Based on the 70% buy back offer requested by the consignee concerned, without prejudice we are of the opinion that the claim allowance of 30% submitted by consignee is fair and reasonable.
