三、請將下列中文翻譯成英文。（25 分） 根據我們的調查，我們認為意外可能發生於香港及基隆間，因遭遇海上大風浪造成 貨物於貨櫃內之劇烈移動所致。ABC 航運在臺灣之代理也於 2016 年 5 月 22 日簽發 事故證明確認此事故。受貨人主張此 7 箱受損貨物將以次級品折扣賣給客戶，因此 他們求償保險金額的三成。
⑴ No Jettison of cargo shall be allowed as general average, unless such cargo is carried in accordance with the recognized custom of the trade.（8 分）
⑵ The measure of indemnity in respect of claims for unrepaired damage shall be the reasonable depreciation in the market value of the vessel at the time this insurance terminates arising from such unrepaired damage, but not exceeding the reasonable cost of repairs. The underwriters shall not be liable in respect of unrepaired damage for more than the insured value at the time this insurance terminates.（17 分）
