A. Embden-Meyerhof pathway:Glu經過ADP變ATP→1,3-PGA→→PEP經過PK(pyurate kinase),把ADP變ATP→pyruvate→lactate

B. Rapoport-Luebering shunt:Glu→→→1,3-DPG經過mutase: 2,3-PDG→量⬆️:因為Hb親和力高(β-chain), 所以Hb會釋放O2(促進釋放O2)
