1. 水體中若含有過高的氨濃度,會使藻類及微生物繁殖,造成優養化。一般而言可以透過靛酚法分析水體中的氨濃 度,其步驟如下(1) 25mL 含有氨或是銨離子的水樣中加入 3mL 5%次氯酸鹽產生一氯代氨(NH2Cl) (2)加入 1mL 0.5%亞硝醯鐵氰化鈉(Na2[Fe(CN)6])溶液及 1mL 1M 酚溶液,一氯代氨在催化下與酚反應產生靛酚 (3)使用分光光度計測量 640nm 處的吸收度(吸收係數=0.5(Lcm-1mg-1 ),計算求得水樣中氨濃度已知靛酚濃度(C(mg/L))與吸收度(A)的關係式為A = 0.5C,若某稀釋 10 倍的水樣透過靛酚法測得吸收度為 0.5,則此原始水樣中含有多少 ppm 的氨?(2 分,計算至小數第一位)
