The ultra-low birth rate in Taiwan may lead to a lower standard of living. Dong Anqi said that the change in the demographic structure is slow. It is like warm boiled frogs. It is not easy to feel the problem, but problems can be solved. Taiwan\'s fertility rate (2013) was only 1.065, the lowest in the world. It seems that there is no problem in the short term, but it will lower the per capita consumption level of the people in the long term. The government should put forward an effective population policy as soon as possible.

According information from government\'s report. The low birth rate situation has been happened in Taiwan.And Its could make less Labour in future. Old people is over than young people ,but these people can not offer Labor. As you know young people should take care more old people. And No Labour would be effect economic of country. So we should find the way to make the low birth rate up. these another strategies from others country that give money to support them when they have children or allow them don\'t need to pay money in children\'s education.And that\'s what I recommend to the government.
