May 2, 2015 Dear Grandma, I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the graduation gift you sent me. The laptop will be very useful when I enter college in September. It's so generous and thoughtful of you to buy me this big gift. I promise I will properly use this gift and I will get good grades to make you proud. It breaks my heart when I think of having to be so faraway from you . But we can still see each other often via skype! My Graduation ceremony will take place on 15th, 9 a.m. this month at the stadium of Beian Senior High school, and I would like to invite you to come to the ceremony and share with you the important moment of my life.
