It was a challenging work for being a dance leader among 10 dancers. It's hard to gather every one in the same time for dancing. And some of my dancers are picky and they always have lots of questions for the posture, eye contact and body movements. My solution for resolving issues among team members is showing the right movements in front of them, and make sure every one is on the right status. Also set the same goal for my dancers and they'll devote to the affairs. Finally, in our performance, every one is well prepared, and we got the championship.
If I could do it again, i would first make sure every detail of dance movements is on the right time, and each posture is in the right place. To get every thing well prepared, tell them when to start, when to stop. And therefore, the dancers would received the correct direction. If doing so, everything would be more effective saving time for both of us.
