四、試翻譯下篇關於工人傷害的處理書信。（30 分） Dear Sirs, I regret to report the following accident, which involved one of the stevedores working on board my vessel last night. At about 20:00 hours on 27 May 2012, the boatswain was engaged in rigging the cargo lights at hatch No.4. He rested one of the lights on the hatch coaming while he was clearing the electric cable. The light suddenly slipped off the coaming and before he could catch it, fell down into the hold and hit one of the stevedores who was drinking water, seriously injuring his head. The man was sent ashore immediately for medical treatment. I am extremely sorry for this accident. I assure you that it was beyond my control.
