Dear Sirs,
　　　　RE: DAMAGES BY STEVEDORES
Please be advised that whilst discharging cargo at the above named port,
the following damages were done to the vessel by stevedores.
1. Ladder in after No.3 lower hold heavy buckled.
2. Tank top of No. 1 hold heavy dented in several places.
3. Ship's side rails heavy bent in way of No.2 hatch, port side.
Please be noted that repairs to above damages are the responsibility of the
stevedores and therefore shall be held against your account.
