 Credit Checks 

The Bank is hereby authorized to conduct credit investigations, enquiries, checks regarding the Client and for such purpose to approach the Client’s bankers (for purposes including ascertaining the Client’s financial positions, investment objectives and verification of Client’s information) and to pass to any branch office of the Bank information on the Client’s identity or other information about the Client, any of the Client account(s) with the Bank and information on persons who are ultimately and beneficially interested in the Transaction(s). 【25 分】
