2.1 Mooring arrangements (15 分)
The mooring arrangements should be designed to provide unobstructed views between shipboard personnel, and of lines being worked, within the mooring area.

The winch operator should be provided with mooring winch controls that are positioned so that the winch operator has a direct view of the line in the mooring area being worked without stepping away from the winch controls. Winch controls should be positioned clear of hazards.

Deck illumination should provide a clear view of the mooring area and the equipment and lines being worked during hours of darkness or in conditions of limited visibility.
