二、Please translate the following paragraph into Chinese. Taiwan’s Coast Guard held a ship launching ceremony for the largest frigate it has ever had in its fleet. The 4,000-ton frigate, christened “Chiayi” after the southern region in Taiwan, is the first of four ships that the Coast Guard has commissioned to build. The frigate’s water displacement is 5,044 tons, and the vessel can withstand strong winds and has a cruising range of 10,000 nautical miles. While the frigate will be deployed to carry out such tasks as stopping illegal activities and protecting fishing vessels’ operations, it, equipped with three high-pressure water cannons, rockets and machine guns, can also be transformed into a combat ship in wartime. Moreover, it is also equipped with medical facilities such as an operating room and a negative-pressure isolation ward to boost Taiwan’s capability to conduct humanitarian missions at sea.
