1. The influenza vaccine is administered

is not recommended for patients with COPD.

2.Pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine (Pneumovax 23) is also

recommended for patients with COPD.1 This vaccine consists

of antigen that provides protection against 23 common strains

of Streptococcus pneumoniae.

衛生福利部疾管署 :

1. 未曾接種PCV13或PPV23者：接種1劑PCV13，間隔至少8週再接種1劑PPV23。
2. 曾接種PCV13者：接種1 劑PPV23，與前劑PCV13 應間隔至少8週。
3. 曾接種PPV23者：接種1 劑PCV13，與前劑PPV23 應間隔至少8週。
   ※完成上述接種之高危險群，5 年後可經醫師評估再追加1 劑PPV23。
