(1)應校正惡化因子，如：低血鉀與低血鎂
→補充鎂離子、鉀離子 
→使用靜脈注射Magnesium sulfate以延長再極化
    (靜脈注射Magnesium sulfate是防止TdP復發的首選藥品  )
(2)給予 Isoproterenol

→如果病患合併心跳徐緩，此時isoproterenol是個神器，這個藥物是pure beta-1與beta-2 agonist，具有增加心臟收縮力與使心跳加快的作用
