Willeumier works in the field of brain research. She excels at managing the sophisticated brain images. She once realized the fact through the examination of patient's medical record and the inner brain pictures that people can improve the health condition of brain if they change their habits and maintain the changes. Willeumier points out that people's brain size shrink 5% in every ten years averagely after their 40th. If people can start to protect brain by adapting life details as habitual routine, then they may be able to reduce the degree of brain size losing. People can activate their brain throgh some daily routines, for example, walking fast for 10 minutes, eating black chocolate, sitting straightly and strenching back muscles, training left hand, learning new vocabularies, practing the schedule for the day in brain, emptying your mind for ten minutes, and releasing stress by fragrance. These activities are extremely helpful for activating brain.
