Re: Order of ship's Spare Parts 
     We have pleasure in informing you that we should like to order from the Kobe Shipyard some spare parts. Which are urgently needed. By my vessel. Enclosed herewith a copy of Spare Parts List .Kindly requested to collect and deliver them on board my vessel before our departure. 
    Our ETD is 24^th of June, in case some item on the list are unavailable at the present time, please manage to sent them by air to our next port of call, Shanghai, before the end of June. 
All the expenses will be charged to our shipowner's account 
Your kindly assistance and cooperation in this matter would be appreciated
