A survey held by Manpower agency 1111 Job Band indicates that 49.1 percent of white collars interviewed regret for their departments they have chosen to enter in university. The reason is primarily that what they have chosen makes it difficult to find an ideal job. In Taiwan, many youngsters after graduating are immediately faced with unemployment. Therefore, the school should assist students in career planning and job hunting before they graduate.
