This trend has led to more use of solar panels, wind turbines, and hydroelectric power, which all help to reduce our ecological footprint. The move towards cleaner energy goes hand in hand with the popular principles of “reduce, reuse, recycle,” which help us cut down on trash and save resources. In addition, protecting various plant and animal species has been increasingly emphasized to maintain our ecological balance and prevent problems that might affect many other species. Schools are also playing a part by organizing community clean-up events, creating student-led recycling programs, and inviting guest speakers who are experts in environmental conservation. These efforts expose students to real-world challenges while also instilling in them a sense of responsibility and teamwork, motivating them to actively contribute to environmental improvement.
