2024 年7月 Azithromycin 已經不是替代藥物了！
Azithromycin, which had previously been considered an alternative agent, is no longer recommended in the United States and Canada due to an increase in reported resistance. Outside of North America, the decision to use macrolide should be made in accordance with local guidelines. Cefixime has some activity against T. pallidum but is not generally used given greater experience with other alternatives. (See 'Alternative agents' above.)
