1.Translate the following passage into proper English. (10%)
若以外地人泛然的看台北,它是世界上少有的醜陋、不協調無優雅建築、古蹟極少,空氣中懸浮粒子極多、綠意相當不足的一個現代大都市。但這個現代大都市中的人走路速度不很快。他們不緊張,也不急忙。它的街道看不見什麼無家可歸的流浪漢。沒有貧民區、犯罪區,也沒有以種族劃分的住宅區。 台北是世界大城市中最沒有塗鴉的。這實在另人驚奇。倒不是政府把它清洗掉,人根本不去塗。人並不強烈的用公眾平面來宣吐自己。台北也少有廁所文學。八十年代公共汽車最後一排的「娟娟我愛你」雖也有。但頗微淡。如今早低落了。 台北市民雖不活在公園的城市,不活在廣場四布的城市,但他們猶能安居樂業,並在雨後見樹梢水滴情景一瞥下,已然令欣喜之感在心中動了一下。並且出產自台北的繪畫、創意廣告等美藝未必比世界大城市藝作來得遜色。
